HISTORIC SPOTTIS WOODE

One of Sean’s recent projects is the restoration and redesign of a Clearwater, Florida estate, Spottis Woode. The estate was originally built in 1929 by Donald Roebling, the great-grandson of John Augustus Roebling, the builder of the Brooklyn Bridge. The house was listed on the National Register of Historic Places in 1979.
